拒绝内耗 勇敢踏出舒适圈

我想说的是我想鼓励你们

The point I'm trying to make is to encourage you

去拥抱这段即将开始的旅程

to embrace the journey you are going to embark on.

生活将把你们带向不同的方向

Life will take you in many directions.

努力工作 充分利用你所拥有的

Work hard to make the most of what you have.

但不要想太多

but don't overthink it.

有时候你必须离开你的舒适区

Sometimes you will have to leave your comfort zone.

你会感到不确定和不舒服

And you will feel uncertain and uncomfortable.

但这没关系

That is okay.

就我而言 恰恰在这些时候我能学到更多取得更大的进步

In my case, those were the times I found myself learning and developing the most.

世界正在飞速变化

The world is changing quickly,

总会出现新情况

and there are always new situations

你对此可能会感到陌生

that you're not going to be familiar with.

但无论你遇到什么

No matter what you encounter

要相信你所拥有的技能和知识会带你渡过难关

have confidence that the skills and knowledge you've acquired

will carry you through.

要记住你的教授们 会为你加油鼓劲

And know that your professors will be cheering you on,

你的朋友和家人会一直支持你

and your friends and family will be supporting you along the way.
