the only ones that don't have a drug problem

are those that institute the death penalty for drug dealers

China has no drug problem

because they have what's called quick trial

we're a dealer when called goes to trial quickly

and if guilty is immediately executed

Many years ago China became a drug written country

陷入孱弱 颓靡的状态

it was weak lethargic

and large sections were easily taken over by other countries
