我想给年轻人一个建议

My advice for young people broadly speaking is

搞清楚你擅长做什么

figure out where your strength is

选择一个适合你的职业

and pick a career

然后向那个方向发展

that plays to your strong suit

所以不要勉强自己去做你并不擅长的事情

so don't go into something that you're not naturally good at

去做那些你做起来得心应手的事

go into something where you're the most naturally good at

不管你做什么事都会遇到强劲的竞争对手

whatever you're going to do is going to be competitive

别人也会拼命想把事情做到最好

and there's going to be other people who are going to try to do whatever it is better than you

所以不如从自己的优势出发

so you may as well

把这份优势发挥到极致

lead with whatever your strength is
