再聪明的人也会感到困惑
You are never too,smart to be confused..
我在离开大学时认为
I thought I knew everything I needed to know
我已经掌握了所需的一切知识
When I left college.
但学习新知识的第一步
But the first step to learning something new
是接受自己所不知道的
is embracing what you don't know,
而不是固步自封
instead of focusing on what you do know.
在职业生涯中
At some point in your career.
你会遇到一些
you will find yourself facing a problem
自己无法解决的问题
you cannot solve on your own.
当这种情况发生时
When that happens,
不要惊慌失措
don't panic.
"深呼吸
Take a breath.
强迫自己仔细思考
Force yourself to think things through.
然后找到聪明的人来学习解决之道
And then find smart people to learn from.
TA可能是一位比你更有经验的同事
It could be a colleague with more experience.
也可能是你的一位同学
It could be one of your fellow graduates,

who has a good perspective
帮助你思考问题
and will push you to think differently.

It could be an expert in the field

who is willing to reply to
your questions over DM.

included seeking knowledge from others who knew more.

People want to help you.
关键是不要害怕提问
The key is to not be afraid to ask.
你也许已经完成了学业
You may be done with school
但你可以 也应该
But you can and should
将你未来的人生看作
see the rest of your life

as an education.
