降低预期值、和好人打交道

我总是说同样的话

I always say the same thing

期望要现实些，把预期降

realistic expectations which is low expectations.

如果你对人生有一些不合理的需求

if you have unreasonable demands on life

就会像挥动翅膀去撞笼子边缘的鸟一样，毁了自己

you're like a bird that's trying to destroy himself

by bashing his wings on the edge of the cage

并且也飞不出去

and you really can't get out of the cage.

这很愚蠢

It's stupid.

所以，你需要有合理的预期

You want to have reasonable expectations

人生有好有坏，我们需要泰然处之

And take life's results good and bad as they happen with a certain amount of stoicism.

在这世上亦会不断遇到良人

There’ll never be any shortage of good people in the world.

你只需要把好人找出来，多跟他们打交道

All you got to do is sink them out and as many of them as possible into your life.

让其他(不好的)人远离自己

Keep the rest the hell out.
