抽到很难的演讲题目《圆桌》

这位小姐姐讲出了柔和的力量

我们每个家庭 都有这样一张桌子

We all have a table like this in our homes

它是家庭团聚的象征

It is a symbol of our reunion of our families

代表着我们对家庭的情感和依恋

representing our sentiment and an attachment to our families

事实上，在中国

But as a matter of fact, in China

几乎凡事 都能在圆桌上举办

Almost everything can be solved over a round table

对爱情的宣誓

The marriage vows between a loving couple

对亡者的追思

The mouming of the deceased

对生意的洽谈

The negotiations between business partners

以及 对外国元首的招待

and a state banquet to another president from another country

都可以在圆桌上举行

can all happen on the same round table

桌上的食物 可能会因时而变

The food on the table may change with time

桌边坐的人 可能来了又走

The people sitting beside it may come and go

人们相聚的原因 可能各种各样

The reasons why we come together may be various

但背后的那种感觉 年年岁岁 始终如一

But the sensation behind it remains year after year the same

那就是我们对不同的人的包容

And that is our tolerance of difference people

我们对不同文化和艺术的兼容并包的意愿

Our willingness to embrace difference cultures and artistic forms

乃至对天下的 关爱和尊重

Our care and love and respect for not only our amily but also for our community, our nation

and even the whole world

再过不到两个月1中国将再次出现庞大的人口流动(春运)

In less than two months, an annual epic migration will take place in China

成百上千，男男女女，老老少少

Hundreds of people, men and women. young and old

不管是富人还是穷人 不论是亡灵还是生者

The rich and poor, the dead and the alive

都会踏上各自归家的旅途 回到圆桌边 与家人团圆

Will find a way to go back home and go to the round table to reunite with their families

驱动他们回家的力量

The power that drives them to do so

恰恰就是数千年来维系着中华文明的力量

that has been sustaining Chinese

civilization for thousands of years

我们的生活，乃至国家的历史

and the lives of us, or even the history of our nation

就是无数个苦苦追寻那张你所归属的"圆桌"的故事

have been the stories of looking for a running to the round table to which we belong

圆桌就是中国人情感的一个象征

The round table has been a symbol of the Chinese sentiment

过去是，现在是，将来也是

It was, it is and it will always be
