There's so much pressure

我们要承受的压力太多了

You gotta be sexy,

你要性感，

you gotta be cute,

你要可爱。

you gotta be nice,

你要善良。

you gotta be all these things

你要做到完美

And I'm sure you can all relate

我相信你们都有同感

You all have pressure that,

you have to deal with everyday

你们每天也要面对很多压力

I'm sure with school, with work,

我敢肯定在学校里、在工作中

with friends, with parents, with family

在朋友面前、父母面前、在家庭中

With parents, I know somethings with mine

在父母面前，我所了解到的

They tell me what to wear,how to look,

他们告诉我穿什么，打扮成什么样。

what I should say, how I should be

我应该说什么，应该成为什么祥子

Until recently,I had given in to that pressure

在此之前。我一直屈从于这些压力

I lost sight of who I was

我迷失了我自己

I listened to opinions of people

听从了别人的指手画脚

And I tried to change who I am,

甚至曾经尝试改变自己。

because I thought that others would accept me for it

因为我觉得别人会因此接纳我

And I realize,

后来我意识到。

I don't know how to be anything, but myself

我成为不了任何人。除了我自己

And all I really want you to know,

我真正想让你们知道的是。

is that you are changing the world

你们正在改变这个世界

I'm not changing the world,

我没有改变世界

you're changing the world

是你们在改变世界

Please just be kind to each other,

请大家善待彼此。

and love and inspire people

互相关爱，互相鼓舞
