偶尔不想做饭,就点个外卖吧

and sometimes if you don’t want to cook

如果孩子生病了,千万别自责

if your child is sick don’t blame yourself

人吃五谷杂粮，哪有不生病的

people eat cereals how can they not get sick

一个人带孩子一定要适当的放过自己

when you take care of children alone

不要太焦虑

don’t be too anxious

好好地爱自己，才能更好地爱孩子

only by loving yourself can you love your children better
