我经历了很多事情

I’ve been through a lot myself.

我曾患过癌症

I’ve had cancer and I’ve,

现在病情已经得到控制

I’m now in remission

面对癌症

and in facing cancer

我意识到

I realized that

努力工作不该成为人生追求

working hard can’t be the purpose of our lives

你可以为了热爱而工作

It can be something that you do when you love it

但这确实也会带来很多压力

but it actually creates a lot of stress

而当你垂垂老矣

and at the end of the day

回顾自己一生的时候

when you really look at your life

也许声明就剩下几百天

and facing death maybe measured in hundreds of days

就像我曾经的一样

as I once did

你会发现努力工作

I felt working hard

并不是人生头等大事

was not on my priority list at all

我最后悔的事

If anything

就是过于拼命工作

I regretted waking too hard

现在我更愿意花时间陪伴我的家人

I would spend more time with my family

我仍会努力工作

I still work hard

但我现在把家人放在第一位

but I always put may family priorities first
