In an alternate university you would want to work for them

Because you think you’re going to learn a lot from them

They are kind of values aligned on the things

that you care about

他们是否能激励你不断前进

And they’re going to push you

同时他们了解其它新奇的事

But also they know different things

有许多不同的做事经验

And have different experiences

That are kind of more of what

是否就是你想要慢慢培养的

You want to become like over time
