无经验让我在大学时

And so the very inexperienced that in college

缺乏自信

had made me feel insecure

让我愿意遵循他人的规则

and make me wanna play by others's rules.

如今它让我敢于接受挑战

Now is making me actually take risks.

那些我根本没意识到的挑战

I didn’t even realize were risks.

你的无经验是种财富

Your inexperience is an asset

能让你有原创和跳出常规的点子

and will allow you to think in original and unconventional ways.

接受你经验上的缺乏

Accept your lack of knowledge

把它当成财富来用

and use it as your asset.

我认识一位小提琴家

1know a famous violinist who told me

他告诉我他无法作曲

That he can’t compose

因为他知道太多曲子

because he knows too many pieces.

所以每当他想到音符

So when he starts thinking of a note,

现有的曲目立刻就会出现在脑海里

an existing piece immediately comes to mind.

刚开始时 你最大的长处之

Just starting out one of your biggest strengths

就是不知道事情该是怎么做的

Is not knowing how things are supposed to be.

你的头脑中没有塞满曲目

You can compose freely

所以可以自由地创作

because, your mind isn’t cluttered with too many pieces.

而你不会对事情的状况习以为常

And you don’t take for granted the way things are.

你所知道的唯一做事方式

The only way you know how to do things

就是你自己的方式

Is your own way

你们大家

You here

都会成就伟大事业

will all go on to achieve great hings.

这是毋庸置疑的

There is no doubt about that.

每次你动手做新事情时

Each time you set out to do something new,

你的经验不足要么会使你

your inexperience can either lead you down

走上一条遵循他人价值的路

a path where you will conform to someone else's values

要么会使你创造属于自己的路

Or you can forge your own path,

即便你不知道你在创造新的路

even if you don’t realize that’s what you’re doing.

如果你的理由是自己的

if your reasons are your own,

你的路 即便奇怪而坎句

Your path, even if it’s strange and clumsy path,

也是完全属于你自己的

Will be wholly yours,

你能控制它所带来的奖励

And you will control here wards of what you do

让你的内心世界更加充实。

by making your internal fulling.
