今天是世界儿童日
It's World Children's Day,
是我们纪念联合国《儿童权利公约》签署的日子
the day when we commemorate the signing of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

And it's about time that we wake up
闻一闻白磷的味道
and smell the white phosphorus,
在加沙 孩子们的尸体在燃烧
the burning flesh of children torched alive in Gaza.
醒醒吧 听听他们看到父母尸体时的呼喊
Wake up and hear their screams over the dead bodies of their parents,
看看他们的残肢断臂
their severed limbs,
失明的双目和干裂的嘴唇
their blinded eyes, their parched lips,
他们饥肠辘辘
their starving stomachs.
日复一日他们活在恐惧中
Feel their terror day after day,
日复一日他们活在恐惧中
after day, after day!
炸弹雨点般落在他们的家、学校、医院
As the bombs rain down on their homes,their schools, their hospitals,
没有停歇
on and on it goes.
如果在座的各位对儿童有一点关心
If you mean a morsel of concern for children
那就呼吁停止杀戮 要求停火
stop the slaughter. demand a ceasefire!
